Cesmova ("we", "us", "our") provides software that helps automotive dealerships run advertising campaigns and manage customer leads. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Lead information submitted through dealership chatbots or ad forms — such as name, phone number, email, and vehicle interest.
Dealership account data for platform users — name, email, and role.
Connected Meta (Facebook/Instagram) data, only with your authorization — such as Pages and Ad Accounts — solely to create and manage that dealership's own ad campaigns and to receive leads generated by those ads.
Usage and technical data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

We use this information to operate the service: capturing and routing leads to the relevant dealership, creating and managing advertising campaigns on the dealership's behalf, providing customer support, and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.

3. Data sharing

Lead data is shared only with the dealership that the lead is associated with. Advertising data is exchanged with Meta Platforms strictly to publish and manage the dealership's own campaigns. We use service providers (e.g. cloud hosting and storage) under appropriate confidentiality terms. We do not share personal data for third-party advertising.

4. Data retention & deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Data deletion request: To have your personal data deleted, send an email to mcavus6834@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the phone number or email associated with your lead. We will delete the associated records and confirm once complete.

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption of sensitive credentials and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
